2010 Holiday Gear Guide Sweepstakes: OFFICIAL RULES
No Purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. You have not yet won. Odds of winning: 1 out of all eligible entries received. The sponsors of the sweepstakes are Atomic Aquatics, Zeagle Systems, Pinnacle Aquatics, Mares, Submersible Systems, Liquid Image, ScubaDoRag, XIT404, Riffe International and Kapital Reef (the "Sponsors").
Entries for this contest are only accepted online. To enter, visit http://www.scubadiving.com/holidaygear, complete, and submit the online entry form. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsors will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received on or about 02/31/10. Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about 2/10/10. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsors, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsors and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsors as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsors, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsors to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsors' privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

Sponsors is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsors determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsors reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
