Entries for this contest are only accepted online. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
A randomly selected winner will be picked from all eligible entries received on or about 8/18/10. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about 8/20/10. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Package includes: VIP Arrival Service pre-immigration in Bali airport, full international luggage allowance on flight to resort, VIP departure lounge including snacks, accommodation in garden, beach, select or villa, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), 24hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate/drinking water, daily turndown service, warm towels, hot drinks/water and snacks on boat dives, complimentary in-room Internet access, three 70-minute boat dives daily AND unlimited shore diving, dive and photo gear porter service on boats and shore dives, village visit followed by BBQ feast in resort on last day, contribution to our award-winning conservation programs.
Upgrade option available for 1 week on Pelagian Dive Yacht for additional fee of $300.00. Accommodations subject to availability. Excludes the last 5 rooms on any one trip. Blackout dates may apply. Applicable airfare, departure tax, room taxes, sales taxes and gratuities on package elements are additional and are the responsibility of the prize winner. Winner is responsible for separate charges for the following options: Spa treatments, Nitrox fills, (O2), (He) and rebreather absorbent, sodas, beers, wines, cocktails, cigars, a la carte meal items/snacks, laundry service, romantic private dinner on secluded beach, private dive guide (advance booking), full scuba gear rental packages, including computer, specialty and advanced scuba certification courses, private dive guide, “Best Friend in Town” Service for your Bali stopover.
Travel must be completed by 8/31/11. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility.
Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
