Galagapos Sky/Peter Hughes

My family and I just finished a week Galapagos Sky dive trip. Sadly, it was not up to expectations. Two significant problems. The first was the quality of our dive master. The second was the quality of the response from the management of Galapagos Sky. Our dive master was rude, arrogant, non engaged with the clients, and most importantly, not safe. We asked to switch to the other dive master, but we were told this could not happen. We are very experienced divers, several hundred dives each, several live-aboards, world wide diving. Eventually, my wife just stopped diving, she was not comfortable. All and all, it was the least safe and therefore, least enjoyable trip I have taken. After the trip, I contacted the Peter Hughes organization. After a month of non responsiveness, they determined it was our fault for not complaining sooner, although we did complain to the head dive master before the mid way point. It's not about the money, but I expect to be treated with due respect, and for my issues to be heard and responded to. I will never refer fellow divers,or take another Peter Hughes trip again!
