This special is both non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for non-use of facilities or services offered by the resort. Delays caused by change in flight schedule, weather, any act of GOD, war or terrorism, etc., which causes additional expenses incurred by the passenger, will not be responsibility of Utila Dive Ventures or Laguna Beach Resort, therefore refunds for any portion of your tour packages due to the above reasons will not be provided.
