The Benwood

Also located off Key Largo, the Benwood sits upright in 50 feet of water. Formerly a freighter, she was sunk in 1942 and in the 1950s had been used as target practice by the U.S. Navy. The hull, covered with sponges and corals, is still intact and offers refuge to moray eels, grouper, snook, lobster and more.
