If your goal is to keep water seepage to a minimum, then you’ll need a suit with the best sealing system. The more checkmarks a wetsuit records, the more sealing attributes it offers. Note: Wrist and Ankles can be either O-ring, smooth-skin or rolled smooth-skin, as long as they create a complete, unbroken seal.
