This year marks our 14th year of selecting individuals each issue who are working tirelessly to protect our oceans through innovation, conservation, education and exploration. Sea Heroes are everyday people who not only make a difference, but also inspire the rest of us with their dedication.
We’d like your input in locating these Sea Heroes.
Please help us by nominating anyone you know who deserves the award. To nominate someone, please fill out the nomination form below, providing the name and email address of the person you’re selecting, along with a brief description of why you think he or she deserves to win. Scuba Diving editors will review all of the nominations to select our nine Sea Heroes for 2024.
At the end of 2024, the editors will select one of the year’s nine Sea Heroes and award them with Sea Hero of the Year. This individual will be featured in the magazine and awarded $5,000 From Seiko to further their conservation work.
