Royal West Indies Resort Announces 'Fully Ready for Business' Following Hurricane Ike'
"Fully restored and ready to welcome guests."
Grace Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands - September 8, 2008 - General Manager, Ms. Stacy Cox, of Royal West Indies Resort and Mango Reef Restaurant and Bar, today announced that her luxury resort complex would be "fully restored and ready to welcome guests" by Saturday, September 12, 2008.
Despite sensational but inaccurate reports by the media following Hurricane Ike's passage through the Turks and Caicos Islands, not all islands were badly damaged. Indeed, Grace Bay, the main resort strip on the island of Providenciales, 'didn't even lose power during the storm' which passed south of the island. The story is the same for all of the resorts along Grace Bay's twelve unbroken miles of white sand beach and turquoise ocean, a good clean up and one of the world's finest beach destinations will be fully restored.
Royal West Indies Resort is an affordable all suite luxury resort located directly on one of the world's finest beaches, Grace Bay in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Open since 2000, the caribbean colonial styled resort has made a success of offering the island's natural ocean tranquility at surprisingly affordable rates. Winner of a number of awards, including a Traveler's Choice Award and awards from Expedia and Orbitz for top ranking customer satisfaction.
