My family and I just finished a week Galapagos Sky dive trip. Sadly, it was not up to expectations. Two significant problems. The first was the quality of our dive master. The second was the quality of the response from the management of Galapagos Sky. Our dive master was rude, arrogant, non engaged with the clients, and most importantly, not safe. We asked to switch to the other dive master, but we were told this could not happen. We are very experienced divers, several hundred dives each, several live-aboards, world wide diving.
