How to Enter the Curacao Now 2011 Contest

• Send an e-mail to curacao@maduro.com with the subject "Curacao Now 2011 Contest". Include your name, city and state and a daytime phone number. Note: Only 1 exact e-mail address will be entered for prizes. Multiple e-mails with the same address will not be included.

Rules and Regulations for the Curacao Now 2011 Contest

• All correctly completed e-mails must be received by March 15, 2011 Entries received after this date will not be eligible for any prizes.
• The hotel stay is for 6 nights, is subject to blackout dates, availability and travel must be completed by December 20, 2011.
• Winners will be notified during the week of March 21st 2011 by e-mail and if no response is received by the daytime telephone number supplied. The chance of winning is dependent on the number of entries received. This contest will also be available on other dive related e-online publications, websites and various internet marketing channels. The decisions of the contest judges are final.
• All prizes are subject to space availability and/or blackout dates.
• Travel must be completed by the dates specified and a certificate with all prize details and redemption requirements will be issued to each winner. Prizes are not transferable and can't be redeemed for cash. There is no cash value to any unused prize items. If the winner does not use the prize by the travel completion date of December 20, 2011 all rights by the winner to any unused portions of the prize will be forfeited. Any taxes associated with the winning of the prize are the full responsibility of the winner.
• The Cressi buoyancy compensator (BC) can be either a man or women’s color and size. Both the regulator and BC will be shipped directly from Cressi.
• The airfare provided for the winners may not be available during blackout dates and a minimum of 45 days notice before departure is needed to make reservations. Free airfare is economy class with routing and carrier(s) selected only by us.Free airfare is only provided from the continental United States. Areas beyond that will incur additional costs.
• All diving is provided by Ocean Encounters of Curacao. Diving is for certified divers only.
• All e-mail addresses for the Curacao Now 2011 contest will become the property of Maduro Dive Fanta-Seas and by entering each entry agrees to be added (unless already listed) to Maduro's e-mail newsletter list. All e-mail addresses are proprietary to Maduro and are never sold or shared as Maduro respects your privacy.
• Winners agree to have their name and state displayed if Maduro so deems, on its websites and/or e-newsletter as the Curacao Now 2011 winners.
