This tray is a sturdy, adaptable foundation upon which to build your underwater photo rig. The tray has two screw holes for attaching a variety of housings, including Ikelite, Olympus, Fisheye Fix, Nauticam, Fantasea and even Kraken's new smartphone housings. Add a handle or two and some strobes and you're good to go with a convenient setup.or lights.
In keeping with Ultralight's long tradition of innovative solutions for underwater photographers, the company developed new handles for the AC-LY Lanyard to attach to. An aluminum lanyard holder attaches to the new handle. A ball can then be added to act as a base for strobes or lights.
Ultralight is now manufacturing a braided lanyard to place between the handles of its underwater trays and camera systems. This lanyard has brass clips. Adding the lanyard required developing new pieces for the lanyard to anchor to (see ULCS's Lanyard Holder AC-LH). With this handy attachment, you can easily hold onto or carry your camera's system when you're topside.
With the SeaLife 0.75x Wide Angle Conversion Lens, you can stay within the shooting range of your flash and still fit everything in the shot. The Wide Angle Conversion Lens compensates for the water's magnification effect, increasing underwater field-of-view by 33%!
The SeaLife 0.5x Wide Angle Dome Lens will increase the field of view by 100% over the already wide 31mm lens (film equivalent) of the DC2000 underwater camera. The Dome Lens allows for amazing underwater images and offers incredible perspective of the undersea landscape. The 0.5x Wide Angle Dome Lens has a 16mm effective focal length on the DC2000 underwater camera and features fully multi-coated precision optics for maximum light transmission. The effective focal length with the Dome lens on the DC1400 camera is 14mm.
Compact Fluoro Spotlight
It’s easy to see underwater Fluorescence with the new Sea Dragon Mini Fluoro. The Sea Dragon Mini Fluoro Underwater Fluoro Light’s royal blue LED emits a blue light combined with a finely tuned and proprietary dichroic filter that pinpoints the exact light wavelength to get the highest energy response from the underwater plant or creature for an amazing underwater light show.
