Kona Honu Divers, Inc. ("HONU" means turtle in Hawaiian), will be opening a new exclusive dive facility in Kona, Hawaii on the Big Island. We will be offering many PADI programs and continuing education classes up to the instructor development level. Our facility will have an on site pool to conduct some of our course offerings. We will be specializing in diver education, small-guided open ocean tours on our new Newton Custom dive boat, photo and video seminars with an intern program geared for college or university credit. Our operation will be catering to the entire family and will be offering a variety of custom dive packages that include water sport activities the entire family can enjoy while out on our HONU ONE dive vessel. Enjoy our night dive or snorkel with the Magnificent Manta as they aquabatically maneuver through the water. This dive/snorkel is considered to be one of the top 10 dives in the world. This is a must do activity if you visit Kona. We also have spinner dolphin and whale watches with the Hawaiian Humpback whale during the months of December through March.

May 10-17, 2003 we will be participating in the Kona Classic Underwater Photo/Video and Art Festival. Join underwater photographers from around the world, learning and competing to capture the best underwater images. Dive with world famous photographers, win fabulous prizes, participate in daily social events, seminars and presentations. Special Manta Ray night dive and many more activities through the week.
