It’s no secret that we, the ladies of Sport Diver magazine and our parent company Bonnier Corporation, love to dive! That's why we've put together this video to share our inspirations, what lead us to dive and whether or not we believe in mermaids.

We are thrilled to continue spreading the message that PADI started back in 2015 with the inception of PADI Women’s Dive Day.

Since then, more and more PADI Women’s Dive Day events are popping up each year. In 2016, more than 700 events took place in 77 countries. There is an event for everyone - this year PADI Women's Dive Day takes place on Saturday, July 15th. If you are still looking for a way to celebrate, you can do a quick search by location here. Some dive shops and operators are even offering special discounts for the entire month of July.
