Anticipation is in the air as PADI Diving Society prepares for its weeklong dive fest, Total Submersion 2016, which will take place from July 16–23, 2016, at PADI Five Star Resort Anse Chastanet in St. Lucia — and you’re invited. The plan? Immerse yourself in the dive life with your fellow PADI Diving Society members at a beautiful Caribbean seaside resort; you’ll dive morning, afternoon and night, compete for cool prizes and make memories — and friendships — that will last a lifetime.

Your 2016 Total Submersion Travel Package Includes:
Diving You’ll get 12 one- and two-tank boat dives, plus two night dives, guided shore diving and enriched air (nitrox).

Parties From a welcome cocktail soiree to a sunset catamaran cruise, parties are part of the plan. Can’t-miss events include the Manager’s Rum Punch Party and the Bon Voyage celebration.

Accommodations Live it up for seven nights at the award-winning Anse Chastanet Resort on lovely St. Lucia. Located on 600 acres of lush tropical rainforest, the resort is bordered by beautiful soft-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters and miles and miles of colorful coral reef.

Meals Diving makes us all hungry, so breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, along with nonalcoholic beverages, are part of the package.

Amenities Being a beach bum is better when beach towels, beach chairs, kayaking, windsurfing, tennis and minisailing are also included.

Transportation Looking for a free ride? Round-trip transfers to and from the island’s airport are included.

Extra Fees All taxes and service charges are also included, except for a one-time Marine Park fee that must be paid at the hotel prior to the first dive.

Good Fun and Great Diving
As past attendees can attest, when it comes to PADI Diving Society events, the fun never lets up, and this year's Total Sub event is no exception.

The Fun Never Stops
As past attendees can attest, when it comes to PADI Diving Society events, the fun never lets up, and this year’s Total Sub event is no exception. Planned activities include the annual weeklong scavenger-hunt photo contest and an underwater treasure hunt. Bring your A game, because great prizes are up for grabs. Last year, the grand prize for the scavenger-hunt photo contest was an Aqua Lung Core regulator; the treasurehunt winner took home a GoPro camera.

With all that diving, you have to get some downtime too, and how you spend it is up to you. Relax on the beach, or indulge your inner hedonist with a visit to the resort’s spa, Kai Belté, for some pampering, with a manicure, facial or professional massage.

If you want to stay active, play tennis, kayak or take a jungle bike ride. And if you just can’t get enough of the water, mini-sailing, windsurfing and snorkeling are also on site. Or cavort with your newfound dive buddies at the resort’s beachside bar and restaurant; you’ll form friendships that can last a lifetime.

Good Fun and Great Diving Make the Best Memories
Always looking for more ways to have fun while diving? Try improving your confidence by building your dive skills — you’ll decrease your anxiety and up the fun factor for every dive thereafter. Even better, it’s the fun and games at Total Sub that are part of the magic: Photo contests motivate divers to improve their underwater photography skills, and repetitive diving helps to dial in on buoyancy control as well as beach and boat entries and exits.

Probably most important of all, you’ll take home boatloads of fond memories. Don’t miss out on the fun and festivities. Visit padi.com/totalsub for more information and then contact the PADI Travel Network at 800-736-7021 or email [email protected] to book your reservation today.
