Consider All the Angles When Shooting Wide Shooting wide-angle requires fixed, zoom or fisheye lenses that give your photos a wider view of the underwater world. Basically, it's the opposite of macro photography. Wide angle lenses recommended by Sport Diver contributor Jason Heller include Nikon's 10.5 mm fisheye or 12-24 mm zoom, the Canon 15 mm fisheye or 10-22 mm zoom and the Tokina 10-17 mm fisheye zoom.

These lenses may require special port extension rings, diopters and other adaptors to fit your camera. Also to be considered are underwater housings for your equipment. Talk to your local photo studio or dive shop to see if you can obtain information and tips about lenses before jumping into the world of underwater photography on the Internet. It's not for the faint of heart, but the amazing shots you'll take will make your investment in time researching your equipment options before you purchase well worth it.

INON ATTACHMENT LENSES Dome Unit for UWL-100 The Dome Unit for UWL-100 is a dome converter which can only be used when attached to an either UWL-100 Achromat Type I or Type II, or UWL-100 28AD wide conversion lenses.

Features:

• When attached to an Inon UWL-100 Achromat Type 1 or Type II wide conversion lens the Dome Lens Unit functions as a semi-fisheye Converter. UFL-165AD Underwater Fisheye Conversion Lens The UFL-165AD is a trim, compact underwater fisheye conversion lens with 165 degree maximum field of view.
