What It's Like to Dive the Sea Tiger Wreck in Hawaii
The Sea Tiger wreck is a fantastic dive just off Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii. This shipwreck is full of life — you can expect to see green sea turtles, eels, eagle rays, schooling fish, the occasional reef shark and more. The Sea Tiger is ideal for advanced divers as it sits in approximately 110 feet of water, with the top of the main deck in 80 feet of water.

There is so much to explore — from the main deck to the cargo holds —you'll want to dive at least two tanks here. Since this wreck is still intact, you can penetrate certain areas with proper training, of course.
Dive Oahu runs trips to the Sea Tiger several days a week, and with its close proximity to shore you often arrive at the dive site before you can even gear up. This is a great trip for the morning if you are planning an afternoon of land-based activities.
