Entries for this contest are accepted online and by mail via the Free Information card supplied with the issue. To enter, visit http://www.sportdiver.com complete, and submit the online entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received on or about 4/30/2011. Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about 4/30/2011. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Only residents of the 50 United States, and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older are eligible. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families & household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and is void wherever prohibited by law. Any prize or prize notification returned to Sponsor as undeliverable may result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Your award is for confirmed space (meaning you need to make reservations in advance), however reservations are based on availability and cannot be made more than 45 days in advance.
• You will responsible for the payment of all port charges, fuel surcharges, park fees, chamber support, and taxes associated with your trip. In addition, the prize does not include airfare, departure taxes, crew gratuities, rentals or purchases on board. An upgraded cabin or longer cruise is available at additional cost.
• Not available during holidays. Other blackout dates may exist. For individual travel only. May not be used as part of a group trip. Travel must be completed by 1 May 2012. It cannot be extended.
• This prize is not transferable and no substitutions are permitted. The person whose name is registered as the winner is the person who must travel and use the benefits. The benefits listed cannot be traded or exchanged for use on other vessels.

All other expenses, including, but not limited to, airfare, sales taxes, gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and all incidental expenses, are the winner's sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to unavailability.

Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
