SeaLife Cameras Are Getting Ready for the Holiday Season

Popular underwater camera line are sure-fire hit for the coming holiday season. New digital models and features perfect for underwater photographers. SeaLife Cameras is in full swing for the 2005 holiday season. With the DC500 continuing to be the market leading 5 megapixel camera, SeaLife is working to keep dive shops shelves stocked. In anticipation to meet the holiday demand SeaLife wrote pre-orders for the upcoming holiday months at the DEMA Show in Las Vegas.
"We have adjusted our production plan based on the huge success of the DC500 at DEMA and in order to meet the increased demand for this hot new product. With the popularity of the DC500 we are recommending all our dealers place orders now, to insure having stock in their stores in time for the holidays," said Joe Ifi, SeaLife Director of Sales and Marketing.
With the success of their DC500, SeaLife Cameras also announced some changes to their product line at the show. Continuing to offer quality underwater cameras and equipment for both novice and advanced underwater photographers.
Expanding on the DC500, SeaLife's most advanced dive camera ever made, SeaLife introduced the DC500 Elite, (item# SL158.) The Elite Set will be the perfect ensemble for the aspiring underwater photographer. This set includes the DC500 camera and our most popular accessories The Digital Flash, (item # SL960D) and Wide Angle Lens, (item# SL970.) All items are bundled in a custom carry case for easy travel. The Elite case even includes additional compartments so the user can expand the system with another external flash and accessories when ready. This camera system stirred up lots of attention at the SeaLife booth with a suggested retail price of $999.95.
On the film side, SeaLife has discontinued the ReefMaster RC Camera line to reposition their more popular film cameras in the market. SeaLife's SportDiver II (item# SL545), 35mm point and shoot camera has been made more desirable with the lowered suggested retail price of $79.95 and new pricing to Dealers. This new pricing allows a quality film camera to be affordable for divers who are new to underwater photography, snorkeling and other water sports.
Expanding on the popular SportDiver II camera, SeaLife has reintroduced the SportDiver Advanced (item# SL565) to their product line. This camera set is for the photographer that is not quite ready to enter the digital arena. This camera set includes everything you need to take magazine quality underwater photos down to 164 ft. deep! The SportDiver Advanced includes the popular SeaLife accessories External Flash (item# SL960), 3X Close-up Lens/Underwater Filter (item# SL951) and Soft Travel case with adjustable shoulder strap (item# SL946.)
