Try your video eye in the sea The Bonaire ReefCam has been named as one of the world's 25 most interesting WebCams.The island's first-of-its-kind ReefCam was installed on a pristine reef last year. Since its official launch in August, more than 210,000 Internet users have viewed live images from the ReefCam at www.BonaireWebcams.comBonaire's ReefCam was honored by a panel of judges as part of a competition organized by EarthCam, the world's leading WebCam portal.We are quite proud of the prestigious honor EartchCam has bestowed on our Bonaire ReefCam, consdering there are thousands and thousands of WebCams on the Internt to select from, says Jake Richter, chief operating officer of Caribbean WebCams, the company which developed and owns the Bonaire Reefcam.Richters says the honor also recognizes and validates our efforts of bringing the world the first true underwater ReefCam where people can view corals and fish as they occur in nature, live, 24 hours a day, seven days week.
