Here are a few important guidelines:
- The Design can be a maximum of two colors - a one-color graphic and a one-color background.
- Design cannot include the PADI logo.
- Design may include mention of PADI's 40th Anniversary
- The Design may contain words (but doesn't have to).
- Design must be attached to an official contest agreement
- Design entries must be received no later than 31 Jan 2006.
- Designs may be submitted by mail or FAX only.
- Design dimensions cannot exceed 30.5 centimetres/12.0 inches x 35.6 centimetres/14.0 inches.
- Design should promote the scuba diving lifestyle and cannot include lewd imagery, alcohol, or images of unsafe dive practices.

Entries are due January 31, 2006 and must include a contest agreement signed by the participant. Winner will be selected by PADI and notified by phone. The winning design will be posted to www.padi.com on or around February 10, 2006 and will be published in Sport Diver magazine.

PADI T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST AGREEMENT
This Agreement pertains to the T-Shirt Contest by PADI Americas, Inc. ("PADI").
("Participant") and PADI agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participant's entry ("Design") must be received by PADI by 31 January 2006. Whether an entry was received timely shall be determined by PADI at its sole discretion.
2. Participant shall not use or incorporate any PADI trademarks in Participant's Design.
3. All participants' designs will be entered into a contest to win $250.00 towards a PADI Diving Society trip or for purchases with padigear.com, and ten (10) t-shirts of Participant's winning Design.
4. PADI shall declare the winning Design on or about 10 February 2006 and shall announce the winner on www.padi.com, www.sportdiver.com and in the May 2006 issue of Sport Diver.
5. The parties agree that no compensation shall be made to Participant for a Design unless Participant is the winning entry, in which case Participant shall receive the prize described in paragraph 3 above.
6. Upon submission of Design by Participant, Design shall become the exclusive property of PADI, and PADI shall own the worldwide copyright to the Design, in any media, in perpetuity, regardless of whether the Design is the winning entry; Participant understands that Participant shall have no further rights to the Design once submitted. Participant understands that PADI's ownership of the copyright of the Design allows PADI to use the Design in any manner it decides. Participant understands that PADI's copyright ownership of the Design includes the right to license the Design to third parties, including, but not limited to World Publications, LLC.
7. Participant warrants that he/she is the sole owner of the Design provided by Participant and that Participant is an adult and has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Participant warrants that Participant's Design does not infringe the rights of any third party. Participant will indemnify PADI and any of its Affiliates if PADI's or any of PADI's Affiliate's use of the Design is challenged legally by a third party.
