Six Ways to Stop Sculling

  1. Don't dive over your head (so to speak). If dive conditions are too difficult for your current experience level, skip it.
    1. Ensure you?re properly weighted for the dive conditions.
    2. Distribute weights evenly around the belt and secure them in place.
    3. Cinch the belt tightly and re-secure it once you have reached depth.
    4. Keep accurate notes in your logbook about weighting and conditions. Refer to it before suiting up.
