Entries will be judged in September of 2005, and the results will be announced in October. The winning photographs will be published as a series of Turks & Caicos postage stamps; the top three photographers will receive cash awards; and an array of other prizes, including dive travel and state-of-the art-underwater photographic equipment, will be awarded.
