Located off the northwestern tip of Indonesia’s West Papua Province and part of the famed Coral Triangle, Raja Ampat is not only the crown jewel of Indonesian diving, but it is also one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. Raja Ampat Aggressor offers multiple itineraries that take advantage of the best seasonal conditions to increase the likelihood of having specific animal encounters and experiences.
To take advantage of the best seasonal conditions and to optimize the chances of seeing certain animals and experiences, Raja Ampat Aggressor offers four itineraries with different departure and disembarking ports:
Raja Ampat
Derawan Islands
Raja Ampat/Halmahera/Lembeh
Lembeh/North Sulawesi/Derawan Islands

The length of the itineraries also varies, with the yacht offering a mix of seven, ten and twelve night charters. More than 800 species of fish inhabit these Pacific waters, from unique macro creatures to the biggest fish in the ocean, whale sharks. Six hundred species of corals thrive on reefs that are a kaleidoscope of colors. You’ll have the chance to dive with manta rays, sharks, turtles, Spanish mackerel, tuna, barracuda, pygmy seahorses and nudibranchs. Depending on the weather and itinerary, the yacht offers up to four dives per day (including night dives). All diving is done from two tenders.
The highlights of the Raja Ampat itinerary include the manta cleaning station near Mansuar and huge schools of fish near Farondi. The night dives under the Arborek or Cape Mansuar jetty is another favorite spot, where you may spot wobbegongs and epaulette sharks. The Derawan Islands trip features stops at Barracuda Point, where schools of barracuda, tuna and sharks may parade past you, and Talisayan, home to whale sharks. The Raja, Halmahera and Lembeh itinerary visits Raja Ampat sites as well as Halmahera and Lembeh, where you’ll find rare macro creatures. The pinnacles at Halmahera feature massive schools of barracuda, bumphead parrotfish and mantas. The Lembeh, North Sulawesi and Derawan trip offers some of the same standouts on the other three itineraries plus diving at Bangka Island and in Bunaken National Park.
Discover why this region of Indonesia has been crowned the most biodiverse place on Earth.
“This was my first liveaboard experience and I had a fantastic time on the Raja Ampat Aggressor. The crew was AMAZING - so friendly and helpful and I love how they seemed like one big family. As a less experienced diver, I needed more assistance and they happily helped me with anything I needed help with.” -
