Here’s your chance, photographers: Yap Pacific Dive Resort is sponsoring the first annual Yap Pacific World Shoot Out from August 15 to October 15 for both amateurs and professionals. Divers worldwide are invited to submit their best underwater photos free of charge to the resort’s Facebook photo competition tab. Voting will continue until November 7, with awards given on November 8. The photos will be judged by the Facebook community, and pictures with the most votes will win prizes sponsored by Yap Pacific Dive Resort (Yap Island), Truk Stop Hotel & Diving Center (Truk Lagoon), Fish ‘n Fins (Palau) and Ikelite.
Photos must be taken during the competition period and winners must be able to produce a RAW format image with the camera set to the year 2020. Good luck!
