Tiny Bonaire offers a rugged national park, plentiful famingo sightings and world-class windsurfing.

**Day 1: **From Rincon, follow signs to Washington Slagbaai National Park. (If you paid for a marine-park dive tag, bring your receipt for free entrance.) A stop at Boca Slagbaai offers a picnic area and a small beach.

Day 2: Seru Largu hill offers panoramic shots of nearly the entire island. Keep your eyes peeled for famingos at Lac Cai. This will be your best chance to shoot these gangly birds.

**Day 3: **Head over to Lac Bay and take a windsurfing lesson, or pay for a lounge chair for the day and watch the world-ranked professionals show of their board acrobatics.
