ScubaLab 2013 Fin Test Preview

ScubaLab test season is still in full force, and this month’s session was a fin face-off. The team traveled to Alexander Springs in the Ocala National Forest to test 14 of the latest and greatest models by Aeris, Aqua Lung, Atomic Aquatics, Cetatek, Cressi, Mares, SCUBAPRO, Seac and Sherwood. We dived all variety of fins, from open-heeled to closed-heel to paddles to split, at all points on the price spectrum.

Here’s a sneak peek into the products that we tested and some behind-the-scenes photos of the ScubaLab team at work.

Keep an eye out for the August issue of Scuba Diving magazine for the full reviews, on stands July 23, plus an even closer look at the test via a digital package later in the month.
