Every year, the Horizon Divers staff devotes themselves to taking even more training, making them the region’s undeniable leaders for guiding and teaching wreck, technical and rebreather diving.

This Key Largo PADI Five Star operation offers daily boat trips. When visiting the area’s famous wrecks, including the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove, the 327-foot USCGC Duane and its sister ship and the 327-foot Bibb, they offer a “double dip” aka two dives on the same wreck, giving recreational divers more time to explore and certified technical divers ample time to penetrate.

Recreational divers looking to amp up their skills can join Horizon Divers for a Wreck Diver, Deep Diver or DPV Diver certification course to have fun, gain more familiarity and build confidence in these environments.

2026 Readers Choice Awards

Horizon Divers earned seven awards, including second place for Quality of Dive Boats, Quality of Staff, Quality of Training and Courses, and more.
