Turtle Chow

While enjoying the amazing house reef on the small island of Dimakya, I was lucky to come across a green sea turtle feeding on sea grass. As a red jellyfish drifted toward the reef’s edge, the turtle realized it had found a preferred flavor. I managed to observe and photograph the turtle during the entirety of its meal, until it was satisfied and gracefully swam away.

HOW I GOT THE SHOT

I used a Canon 5D MARK II with a Canon 16-35mm lens in an Ikelite housing. The photo was taken with natural light at the end of the day near the surface, ISO 400, _f_9, 1/200.
